Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is hiring a Category Assistant, Butchery to support PAK’nSAVE, New World and Four Square stores. You’ll help manage product administration, pricing and promotions, respond to store queries and communicate with suppliers and the wider Merchandise team.

Responsibilities

• Manage product administration, including article creation, new lines, deletions and product changes.
• Support price changes, track competitor activity and help maintain accurate pricing records.
• Coordinate promotional activity, including pricing, advertising allocation, circular proofing, error resolution and store communications.
• Complete post-promotion and ad hoc performance analysis to identify opportunities.
• Respond to store queries and support the wider team to deliver a customer-led category.
