Job summary

SkyCity is hiring a Busser for The Grill in Auckland for a dinner shift on a part-time basis. You will clear and reset tables, deliver food and drinks, stock service stations, and respond to guests’ requests with courtesy, contributing to a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

Ideal candidates have some hospitality experience, a positive and energetic mindset, and a willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, upscale steakhouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service roles preferred.
• Experience in an a la carte restaurant is advantageous.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables between courses.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests.
• Stock service stations with utensils, condiments, and napkins.

The Busser roleis a key support position within the restaurant's front-of-house team, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests. You will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, deliver food and drinks to guests, stock service stations with utensils, condiments, napkins etc and respond to guests requests courteously and promptly.

You’ll likely be someone who has some experience working in an a la carte restaurant and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests.
