Job summary

Turners Group NZ Ltd in Auckland (West Harbour) is seeking a confident customer-focused sales professional to help customers secure finance and insurance solutions within a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships, assess needs, and guide clients to suitable lending and insurance options.

You will liaise between customers and lenders, handle finance/insurance inquiries, and contribute to sales and service strategy while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lending, finance, banking, insurance, or business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers from all backgrounds.
• A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as key liaison between our customers and lenders
• Assist with customer enquiries for finance and insurance products
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and customer services strategies
• Accurately complete any documentation relating to the sale and purchase of finance as directed
• Ensure compliance in all areas by adhering to all processes as prescribed by the GMF&I or Regional Managers
