Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Strategy
  • Lead the development of integrated media plans across offline and digital channels.
  • Own the planning process from client brief through to go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate with the Business Director and specialists to develop effective media solutions.
  • Use audience, market and media research tools to inform recommendations.
  • Support measurement planning, campaign tracking, reporting, and optimisation.
Client Management
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, providing exceptional account service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery.
  • Present media recommendations and campaign outcomes with confidence and clarity.
  • Support the Group Business Director in strengthening client partnerships.
Campaign & Project Management
  • Coordinate campaign implementation across internal teams and media partners.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and against agreed objectives.
  • Manage briefing, trafficking, buying and delivery processes across all channels.
  • Oversee campaign timelines and ensure seamless project execution.
Financial Management
  • Manage client budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Maintain schedule ownership, including approvals and budget tracking.
  • Support the financial health and profitability of client accounts.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and support junior team members and direct reports.
  • Assist in developing planning capability across the team.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Media Partner Relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and partners.
  • Identify new opportunities, innovations and strategic solutions for clients.
  • Leverage partner expertise to enhance campaign performance and outcome
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in media planning, media strategy, and client service within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated media planning across offline and digital channels.
  • Experience developing and presenting media recommendations and communications plans to clients.
  • Knowledge of media research and planning tools such as eTAM, Ad Intel, CMI, TVMap, Calibre, Hivestack, pDOOH Vista, and social media platforms.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver campaigns on time.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, invoicing, reconciliations, and purchase order management.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing junior team members.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex media strategies into clear client-friendly recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding work.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop compelling reports, presentations, and recommendations
