The Role

This senior leadership position involves owning a key client portfolio, shaping strategy, driving commercial outcomes, and leading a high‑performing team.

• Lead the strategic direction of a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive top‑tier thinking each engagement.
• Transform a new client win into a long‑term, high‑value partnership.
• Spot and unlock revenue growth opportunities across the portfolio.
• Own the commercials, identifying and correcting underperformance.
• Coordinate specialists across MBM to deliver joined‑up, end‑to‑end solutions.
• Present and sell our thinking with conviction, both internally and to senior client stakeholders.
