Job summary

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates strong judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Analyze software and hardware problems and coordinate effective, practical solutions.
  • Perform system software upgrades, including planning, scheduling, testing, and coordination.
  • Ensure availability and reliability of systems and application environments through proactive and reactive maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate and divisional policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant governmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure IT applications effectively meet organizational needs.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and external stakeholders on matters related to IT applications.
  • Work effectively in a team environment that includes both infrastructure and application specialists.
  • Successfully execute IT projects deployed locally or initiated by corporate groups.

Ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of IT systems and applications through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance. About you
