McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMS) is seeking a Business Development Manager in Auckland. You will use your networking skills to build a pipeline, generate new business opportunities, and manage relationships to secure clients and drive fleet and finance pipelines.
The role requires 5–7 years in BD or sales, a proven sales track record, and a background in fleet leasing or automotive. A business qualification is highly desirable, and a current driver’s licence is required.

As the Business Development Manager, you will utilise your strong networking skills for the purpose of pipeline building, sales generation, and new business acquisition. You will identify and secure new business opportunities, manage existing and new network relationships to facilitate the successful acquisition of new clients, and establish strong fleet and finance pipelines for thebusiness.
