As our international business continues to grow, we're looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our Christchurch-based Commercial Operations team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced commercial leaders and gain exposure to international markets, customer development, strategic projects and business growth initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations - Agri, you will help turn new commercial opportunities into established business.
You will support a wide range of business development projects, coordinating activity across customers, distributors, sales teams, marketing, product development and manufacturing. From researching new markets and supporting customer onboarding through to coordinating product trials and commercial projects, you'll play an important role in helping grow the business.
This is a varied role that combines commercial coordination, market research, stakeholder engagement and project administration. It offers excellent exposure to how an international manufacturing business develops products, enters markets and builds long-term customer relationships.
We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and excited by the challenge of helping develop new business opportunities.
You may come from a background in commercial coordination, sales operations, marketing, project coordination or business support. Most importantly, you'll be proactive, curious and motivated to learn.
