Job summary

Gallagher's Auckland team is seeking a Business Development Broker to join the Corporate Team on Beaumont Street. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Gallagher's client base while delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions.

You will build strong client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and represent Gallagher at events and meetings. The role requires proven experience in business development or insurance broking, excellent negotiation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or insurance broking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and results-driven with target achievement.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and risk management.
• Passion for delivering value and client success.
• Certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5) required.

About the role:

Due to an internal movement, we\'re looking for a Business Development Broker to join our Corporate Team based in Beaumont Street, Auckland. Reporting directly to Business Development Manager – Corporate the key focus of this role will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Gallagher\'s client base.

• Must have a Certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5)
