Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Business Development Broker to join the Corporate Team in Auckland. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Gallagher’s client base, building strong relationships and delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions.

Reporting to the Corporate Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams, participate in industry events, and enhance Gallagher’s market presence through proactive client engagement.

About the role:

Due to an internal movement, we’re looking for a Business Development Broker to join our Corporate Team based in Beaumont Street, Auckland. Reporting directly to Business Development Manager – Corporate the key focus of this role will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Gallagher’s client base.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or insurance broking.

• Strong understanding of insurance products and risk management solutions.
• A passion for delivering value and driving client success.
• Must have a Certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5)
