Qualifications

• Has prior phone-based customer service experience.
• Is passionate about delivering exceptional service to Business Banking customers.
• Has a good understanding of business clients and their unique needs.
• Communicates clearly and professionally via phone and email.
• Represents the business unit in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
• Uses initiative and takes ownership to consistently deliver on promises.
• Is eager to learn and grow within the role.
• Holds a tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• This is a phone-based role where you’ll manage a wide range of customer requests, ensuring they’re actioned within agreed timeframes and service levels.
• You’ll work closely with internal teams across Westpac to connect customers with the right support and solutions.
