This full‑time fixed‑term role offers exposure to innovative health equity projects and collaboration with clinical and digital teams.

You will gather and document business requirements, develop process maps and workflows, and ensure solutions align with programme objectives and equity outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Proven ability to develop process maps and workflows.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Experience translating clinical and operational requirements into practical solutions.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and improving equity outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for the Digital workstream.
• Develop process maps, workflows, user stories, and service pathways.
• Coordinate with Digital Delivery to align programme objectives and digital delivery.
• Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
