You will work across project delivery and BAU to capture needs, translate them into clear requirements, and contribute to design, development and implementation with frontline users and technical teams.

• Demonstrated experience gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements.
• Proven ability to produce clear, high-quality analysis artefacts such as requirements docs, presentations, and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
