Ara Poutama Aotearoa (Department of Corrections) is recruiting a Business Analyst to support the Offender Management Systems team in Wellington. You will work across project delivery and BAU to capture needs, translate them into clear requirements, and contribute to design, development and implementation with frontline users and technical teams.

You will work across our Offender Management System, contributing to both project delivery and business-as-usual improvements that help ensure our technology continues to meet the needs of the people who rely on it.This is a broad and varied role where you will work closely with frontline users, stakeholders, and technical delivery teams to understand real operational challenges and translate them into practical, user-centred solutions.
