Job summary

Genesis in Aotearoa New Zealand is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital Platforms squad. You’ll help shape the future of the EIQ customer app by turning business ideas into clear technical requirements and actionable user stories, collaborating with Developers and Testers to deliver regular platform enhancements.

You'll translate business needs into acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, and engage stakeholders across business and technical teams to deliver value for

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile product or digital delivery teams.
• Confidence writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and managing backlogs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical outcomes.
• Experience working with APIs, systems integrations or digital platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and refine digital platform requirements.
