The Opportunity

• Intermediate building surveyor recently RICS chartered or close to.
• Able to provide high quality commercial advice from a consultancy perspective to a diverse range of institutional investors, landlords and corporate occupiers across all asset classes.
• Experienced and able to assist with technical due diligence, make‑good & dilapidations, CAPEX planning, project monitoring and schedules of condition.
• Applications welcomed from those on working holiday visa’s.

As the Successful Candidate You Will Be

• Degree qualified in building surveying with likely 2‑5 years commercial consultancy experience.
• Recently MRICS chartered or actively pursuing the RICS APC with the intent to sit the final assessment within the next 6–12 months.
• Strong understanding of the NZ Building Act and Building Code, proficiency in defect diagnosis, commercial building pathology and general construction types.
• A desire to work with the country’s largest projects and clients.
