Icon is seeking a skilled Services Coordinator to support planning, coordination and delivery of building services packages on a landmark construction project in Auckland. You will work with the Services Manager, project team, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to coordinate mechanical, electrical and hydraulic activities, ensuring safe and efficient delivery aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years' experience in a Services Coordinator, Project Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical and hydraulic building services systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work fronts and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management systems.
• Positive, proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of building services packages from design through to handover.
• Assist with managing interfaces between consultants, subcontractors, vendors and project delivery teams.
• Coordinate the review of drawings, specifications, technical submissions and design documentation.
• Monitor services activities and identify potential technical, programme or delivery risks.
• Track procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation and commissioning activities.
• Assist in maintaining services programmes, milestones and contractor deliverables.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities across services disciplines.
• Maintain project records, registers and documentation relating to services packages.
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders and support positive project outcomes.
• Promote and contribute to a strong safety culture across all services-related activities.
