About the role

We're seeking Farm Workers to join our farming teams. These permanent positions will suit someone who enjoys farm work, is a jack of all trades, and most importantly, has genuine concern for animal welfare. The roles can be physically demanding with some heavy lifting required. If you are the type of person who likes to roll their sleeves up and pitch in, then this opportunity is for you! These are permanent roles starting at + 7.00am. Weekend and public holiday work is required.

• We have levels of pay that increase after every 12 months' service for 3 consecutive years.
• We pay overtime after 8 ordinary hours a day at 1.6 times your ordinary base rate for the first 2 hours' overtime, after which you get paid at 1.75 times your ordinary base rate for the remainder of that day's overtime.
• Any weekend work is paid at 1.6 times your ordinary base rate
