Job summary

New Zealand Post is seeking a Brand & Marketing Communications Specialist to shape how customers experience one of New Zealand's heritage brands. Based in Highbrook, Auckland with WFH flexibility, you will deliver integrated campaigns and customer communications that drive value for the business.

You'll work with stakeholders across NZ Post to plan and deliver clear, engaging, and strategically aligned communications, acting as a trusted advisor on brand and marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in marketing, communications or brand roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, briefing and project management capability.
• Sound understanding of media channels and their role in marketing effectiveness.
• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Create communication plans aligned to business priorities.
• Provide brand guidance and support across the organisation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver outcomes.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimise our work.

You enjoy working across a variety of projects, building strongrelationshipsand influencing outcomes in a collaborative way.You'rejust as comfortable developing a communications plan as you are reviewing creative, writing a brief or working with stakeholders to solve complex challenges.

You'llbring a customer-centric mindset, strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering communications that are clear,effectiveand aligned to brand strategy. Most importantly,you'llbe someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and is always looking for ways to learn, improve and make an impact.
