Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for blockchain-based projects.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the blockchain and crypto space.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical development team.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows for blockchain solutions.
• Assist in the prioritization of features and development backlog.
• Support the testing and validation of blockchain solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in implementing blockchain solutions and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year focused on blockchain or cryptocurrency projects.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Familiarity with different blockchain platforms and their use cases.
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
