Weigh, measure, and prepare materials to job sheets and formulations.
Operate blending/batching equipment and complete in-process checks.
Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and traceability.
Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas.
Report equipment or process issues promptly.
Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts safely (licence required).
Pick, pack, scan, and move stock using WMS and RF scanners.
Load/unload trucks and complete goods movement paperwork.
Maintain clean, organised warehouse areas.
Experience in manufacturing, blending, batching, or warehousing.
Current forklift licence (essential).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Physically fit (lifting up to 25kg).
Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player.
Basic computer skills for data entry and WMS use.
Bonus Skills: experience in powder blending, batching, or food/chemical manufacturing.
