Job summary

The Higgins team in Hamilton is seeking an experienced Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join our sealing division. You will safely operate the bitumen sprayer, ensuring accurate application and high-quality sealing outcomes while supporting the broader crew across projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bitumen Sprayer Operator in chipseal, sealing or road surfacing environments
• Experience with bitumen application, chipseal materials and surfacing operations
• Class 4 Driver Licence essential, with Class 5 highly regarded
• WTR endorsement required
• Dangerous Goods endorsement preferred, or willingness to obtain it with our support
• Confidence following work plans, JSEAs and site specifications
• Strong safety focus and the ability to communicate effectively within a crew

The Higgins team in Hamilton is looking for an experienced Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join our sealing division.

As part of our surfacing crew, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the bitumen sprayer, ensuring accurate application and high-quality sealing outcomes. You'll also work across a range of specialist plant and equipment, supporting the team to deliver quality road surfacing projects throughout the region.

• Operate the bitumen sprayer across sealing projects
• Apply bitumen to specification and quality standards

About You
