Job summary

ACC New Zealand is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead the BI practice, raise its maturity and capability, and provide strategic direction aligned with ACC's priorities. You will build a high‑performing team, coach and mentor BI professionals, and partner with Data Engineering and stakeholders to turn trusted data into decision‑ready information that supports safety at work, home and beyond.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading BI, BI engineering, or comparable data teams in large organisations.
Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing technical teams.
Ability to translate strategy into BI capability priorities.
Strong technical knowledge across BI architecture, semantic modelling, and enterprise reporting.
Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
NZ work rights required.
