Laser Clinics Group in Auckland is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our Sylvia Park team. You’ll perform laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, and peels, while helping clients feel confident in their skin and growing your own skills.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Beauty level 4 (minimum)
• Be punctual, organised, share knowledge, supports others, and contribute to a positive, motivating workplace. You will celebrate team wins and helps lift others’ confidence along the way.
• Bring a genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing. Excited to learn and grow to feel empowered in your expertise.
• Builds trust and long-term relationships with clients through expertise and empathy while delivering treatments that achieve confidence boosting real results.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
• A track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
