Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc in Auckland seeks a Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) to inspire customers and help them discover our Beauty Selection. You’ll create emotional connections, deliver exceptional service, and partner with diverse teams to meet store goals.

You’ll stay curious about new makeup, skincare, and fragrance trends, attend in-store trainings, and adapt to changing store priorities. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is preferred.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with sales experience.
• Knowledge of beauty, fragrance, makeup and skincare trends.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Adaptable to changing store priorities and customer needs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, before/after store hours, and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming customer experience by listening to needs and explaining Sephora’s products and benefits.
• Support store success by keeping the area stocked, presenting the store well, and contributing to sales goals.
• Accelerate growth by attending in-store trainings and sharing knowledge with the team to continuously improve skills.
