Sephora in Auckland is seeking a Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) to inspire customers, create emotional connections, and help them discover our Beauty Selection. You’ll join a diverse team and evolve with leadership support, while contributing to store promotions and learning through expert trainings.

You’ll be a people person with sales experience, passionate about trends in beauty, and able to adapt to changing store priorities. Weekend and evening availability is valued.

Qualifications

• People person with sales experience.
• Knowledge of beauty products, fragrance, makeup and skincare.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Create amazing customer experiences by listening to individual needs and showcasing beauty brands.
• Maintain a visually appealing store and support sales goals with product knowledge and Sephora policies.
• Attend in-store beauty expert trainings and share knowledge with the team.
