Beca’s Clients & Markets team is seeking a Business Development Advisor for the Built Form Group on a 12-month fixed term contract. This full-time role sits in a busy Business Development Team delivering strategies for projects with lasting value across Auckland, Tauranga, and Wellington.

You will enable the Buildings business to identify opportunities, drive pursuits, and coordinate account plans while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Formación

• Relevant experience in similar Business Development roles.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Robust experience reviewing and preparing technical information for bids and pursuits.
• Strong understanding of market trends and opportunities.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to build stakeholder rapport.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to bid and pursuit activities for strategic, high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Bid team on prioritisation and progression of pursuits.
• Support sector strategies for Leisure Living and Healthcare and maintain momentum.
• Maintain pipeline and opportunity management processes.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge base, project sheets, and capability statements.
• Capture feedback from bids to support continuous improvement.
• Implement Account plans and related activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
