Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Mobile Lending Manager to serve the Bay of Plenty region. You will be out in the community, building your own pipeline, meeting customers where convenient, and delivering lending solutions for home buyers and small businesses.

The role emphasizes proactive networking and hosting events, with ownership of lending outcomes and a focus on trusted customer relationships. Role includes company car, superannuation, and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' home lending experience with strong credit acumen.
• Residential lending expertise, including trusts, multi-party deals, and construction.
• Experience or confidence in SME lending and interpreting financials.
• NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) - Residential Property Lending (completed or in progress).
• Hunter mindset with strong networks and proven ability to originate new business.
• Deep understanding of the local market and the home buying journey.
• Flexible and mobile, meeting customers where and when needed.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for seminars and events.
• Customer-first approach built on trust, empathy and expertise.
