Westpac New Zealand Limited is seeking a Mobile Lending Manager to serve the Bay of Plenty region. You will build your own pipeline, meet customers where they are, and deliver lending solutions for home buyers and small businesses, working with the community to grow relationships.

This full-time, permanent role offers autonomy, a company car, and opportunities to host seminars, network with local businesses, and represent Westpac with a trusted, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of home lending experience with strong credit acumen.
• Expert knowledge of residential lending, including complex structures (trusts, multi-party deals, construction).
• Experience or confidence in SME lending, able to interpret financials and support small business customers.
• NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Residential Property Lending (completed or in progress).
• A true hunter mindset — strong networks, a love of prospecting, and a proven ability to originate new business.
