Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Bartender for Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport, a luxury 5-Star airport hotel. You will create and serve cocktails and beverages, interact with guests, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes food safety, responsible alcohol service, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while continually expanding beverage knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Bartender, Bar Attendant or Mixology role with strong customer service in medium to large hotels.
• Formal hospitality training or experience in star-class hotels or fast-paced restaurants.
• Creativity in beverage presentation while ensuring prompt, professional service.
• Commitment to food safety and compliance in beverage operations.
• Positive attitude and aim for a 5-star guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, and serve innovative drinks including wine, beer, spirits, cocktails and more.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and care for equipment and outlet safety.

Job Description

• Create, prepare, and serve innovative drinks, including wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and more, showcasing your expertise and passion for the craft.
• Engage with guests, taking orders and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience with each interaction.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and care for all equipment and materials, ensuring the security of the outlet at all times.
• Consistently practice Responsible Service of Alcohol, adhering to all procedures and regulations.
• Deliver unique Heartist Peak Moments, providing exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Continuously develop and refine your knowledge of our products to offer informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications
