Job summary

This role is 24 hours per week (Mon, Fri and Sat, 08:30–17:00) in a friendly, inclusive team. You’ll learn on the job and grow within a supportive banking environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust with customers.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales or service environment preferred.
• Comfort with asking thoughtful questions and guiding customers to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with everyday banking transactions and account support.
• Help customers use digital banking tools and connect them with the right specialist when needed.
• Provide personalised, trusted experiences that contribute to customers' financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver friendly, efficient service in a busy branch environment.
