Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for the development, leadership, and performance of your branch. You’ll build strong relationships both inside and outside the bank, helping drive business success and customer loyalty. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we connect — through our spaces, technology, and capability — to deliver outstanding experiences for customers, staff, business partners, and the wider community.

You’ll lead a diverse team of Banking Advisers and Customer Service Representatives, supporting them to meet every customer’s needs across personal banking, business banking, and wealth.
