Job summary

Kai Pai Bakery in Wanaka is seeking a Customer Service with Food Prep & Cleaning role. You’ll join a lively bakery team, handle food prep, serve customers, and help with closing duties. Training is provided and flexibility across a 7-day operation is required.

Applicants must have current NZ visa rights, be reliable, and able to work shifts from around 9am to 8pm. Start immediately with supportive onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods such as doughnuts, muffins, and pies.
• Serve customers and handle front-of-house duties.
• Bake pies and assist in food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace.
• Close the shop to end-of-day procedures.
• Follow all food safety protocols.
• Work efficiently within set time frames.

Starting now The Doughbin Bakery is looking for a bakery retail with Customer Service team member to join us! If you’re quick, efficient, bubbly, full of smiles and love crafting delicious sandwiches, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Wanaka

Full Training Given to the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare foods i.e. doughnuts, muffins pies etc
• Lots of Cleaning and smiling!
• Serve Customers
• Bake pies
• Cleaning
• Closing Shop
• Work efficiently within a set time frame to ensure products are fresh and ready for opening
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
• Keep your workspace clean and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability: Being punctual and dependable is a must! We rotate between staff between all shifts however most likeyl your shifts will be from around approx. 10am -8pm.
• Speed and Precision: You should be quick and efficient without compromising quality
