New World Rolleston is looking for an experienced Baker to join our bakery team, covering all aspects of bakery production with dough and sweet skill sets. You will be part of a great team at a store with strong culture and ongoing training.

We value a passion for baking, reliability, and the ability to manage workload with care for food safety. Weekend work may be required and you’ll contribute ideas to improve products and processes.

Formación

• Experience working in a Bakery or Bakery environment.
• A passion for baking and producing high-quality products.
• A good understanding of the baking industry.
• Commitment to the work and a high degree of reliability.
• Some flexibility to occasionally work extra shifts over and above your core hours.
• Good physical fitness for lifting and operating equipment.
