Job summary

Sky New Zealand is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to own the Upper South Island. You will identify under-served venues, walk in the door, and close deals selling Sky’s commercial packages to hospitality venues, hotels and other commercial premises.

This role is B2B and new-business oriented, requiring active market presence in Christchurch/Canterbury with a NZ driver licence. You will develop relationships, manage accounts, and contribute to year-on-year revenue growth by expanding Sky

Qualifications

• At least three years’ successful sales or account management experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships and grow a portfolio.
• Excellent communication, presentation and public-speaking skills, with confidence negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective journey plans and complete daily reporting.
• Identify new customers and opportunities to grow Sky’s customer base across the Upper South Island.
• Deliver proactive account maintenance for existing customers, supporting retention and growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers, installation companies and partners.
• Understand customers’ business needs and present Sky solutions; negotiate commercial agreements.
• Attend industry events and represent Sky to generate new leads.
• Stay current with training, products and market developments.
