Job summary

Les Mills International is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to deepen understanding of our B2B ecosystem. You will work with Engineering, Product and business teams to document end-to-end processes, analyze integrations and data flows, and create clear process maps and system diagrams that inform technical and business decisions.

You’ll engage with Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, turning fragmented knowledge into trusted documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience analysing complex, end-to-end business processes across multiple systems and teams.
• Technical understanding to work with APIs, integrations, events and data flows.
• Experience interpreting and producing system context diagrams and process maps.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to elicit knowledge from SMEs.
• Clear written communication turning complex information into structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create clear process maps, system diagrams and documentation that non-technical audiences can trust.
• Document end-to-end business processes across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and business teams to understand and document how the B2B ecosystem operates today.
• Identify gaps in existing documentation and bring together knowledge from multiple teams.
