Job summary

Briscoe Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Data team, reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics. You will analyse business processes, design improvements, and document workflows to support data-driven decision making.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business, translate requirements into clear specs for technical delivery, and drive changes end-to-end from scoping to implementation where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
• Strong experience documenting processes and developing SOPs.
• Hands-on capability using Visio, Lucidchart and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full lifecycle of projects with clear process flow.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification and automation.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and strategic objectives.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation, workflows and SOPs to support consistent ways of working.
• Support project initiation with business case development, impact analysis, cost estimates and ROI, and own delivery from scoping through to implementation where required.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications to support effective technical delivery and minimise rework.
• Use data and reporting to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of changes, and demonstrate business outcomes.
• Support change management by identifying impacted stakeholders and working with Capability and Change teams.
