Les Mills is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our global B2B technology team. You’ll work with Engineering, Product and business colleagues to document how our ecosystem operates today, spanning Salesforce, Adobe Commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as our internal digital products.
You’ll turn end-to-end processes into clear diagrams and documentation that both technical and non-technical audiences can trust, supporting better decisions in a flexible, hybrid workplace.
Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey.
Build a deeper understanding of the digital ecosystem that supports Les Mills teams and customers around the world. If you’re naturally curious, enjoy getting to the bottom of how things work, and can move comfortably between business conversations and technical detail, this role will put you at the centre of our B2B technology landscape.
Build a clear picture of how business processes, people and technology connect
Work across enterprise platforms and digital products to understand complex end-to-end flows
Turn fragmented knowledge into clear, reliable documentation that supports better technical and business decisions
As our Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Product and business teams to understand and document how our B2B ecosystem operates today.
You’ll investigate end-to-end business processes spanning enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as our internally developed digital products. You’ll follow processes across system boundaries, understand integrations and data flows, identify gaps in existing documentation, and bring together knowledge that may currently sit across different teams and subject matter experts.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable talking with engineers about APIs, integrations and architecture, and reading and interpreting architectural diagrams, but equally comfortable sitting down with Sales, Customer Service, Product or market teams to understand how a business process actually works.
You’ll turn what you discover into clear process maps, system diagrams and documentation that both technical and non-technical audiences can understand and trust.
