EC Credit Control has been helping New Zealand business owners since 1989 to improve cashflow. We’re seeking a motivated sales specialist to join our Napier head office and promote Terms of Trade solutions to local businesses.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing support while exceeding KPIs. Based in Napier, you’ll access a large client database and have opportunities for uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport over the phone and via video calls.
• Results-driven mindset with a hunger to achieve — you know how to close a deal.
• Organised and attentive problem solver with passion for helping clients.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data handling.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Promote EC Credit Control as the preferred business for buying Terms of Trade.
• Access to a large client and data database – never short of prospects.
• Contact leads and schedule online discovery meetings, follow up in CRM system.
• Identify client needs and present suitable solutions via virtual meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to implementation and ongoing support.
• Drive to exceed sales performance targets and KPIs.
