Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all ground handling activities for arriving and departing aircraft.
• Ensure timely and accurate provision of services such as baggage handling, catering, and aircraft cleaning.
• Liaise with flight dispatch, air traffic control, and other departments to manage flight schedules.
• Monitor aircraft turnaround times and take corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures for all ground operations.
• Manage communication between flight crew, ground staff, and operational management.
