• Manage facilities costs and budgets for owned/leased properties.
• Oversee maintenance programs and ensure timely R&M and capital works.
• Lead contractor management, permits, and documentation checks prior to works.
• Ensure safety audits, hazard identification and Health & Safety controls are followed.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance procedures and business continuity plans.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance to minimize operational disruption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
