You’ll drive a genuine 360 recruitment process from first conversation to placement, building client relationships and sourcing top candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
• Ability to build client relationships and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Building and developing client relationships.
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing your network.
• Getting out into the market and meeting businesses face to face.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing quality candidates.
• Managing temporary and permanent recruitment assignments.
• Building talent pipelines and staying connected with your candidate market.
• Managing your desk against agreed KPIs and commercial targets.
• Creating long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
