Job summary

SYOS is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator in Mount Maunganui to keep complex projects moving. You will work with Project Managers, Product Directors and engineering teams to unblock actions and ensure critical work is completed.

You’ll own planning tools, track milestones and ensure accurate Jira data, while coordinating meetings and documentation to support fast-moving engineering programmes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, project delivery or a similar environment.
• Experience working with engineering, technical or product development teams is strongly preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and update project plans and schedules with Project Managers.
• Track milestones, dependencies and deliverables as priorities evolve.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, rooms and attendees; capture decisions and actions.
• Ensure Jira tickets have correct ownership, status, priority and due dates; flag overdue actions.
