Repco, part of Genuine Parts Company, is seeking a Retail Assistant to ensure customers have a great in-store experience. You will guide product selection, upsell where possible, and process sales at the till while maintaining safety and showroom standards.

Two positions available with varied shifts across Tue-Fri, Sat, or a 4-day schedule; lifting and movement duties included. Training provided and a passion for customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills, including phone manner.
• Ability to work in a team and support sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety focus for self, teammates and customers.
