Job summary

Repco is hiring a Retail Assistant to ensure a great in-store experience for every customer. You’ll guide product choices, upsell where appropriate, and process sales at the till while maintaining showroom standards.

The role suits someone with a friendly, results‑driven approach, eager to learn automotive products, and comfortable working weekend shifts. Great staff discounts and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• This is a very customer focused position so you'll naturally be a people person and a passionate customer service expert, ideally with previous retail and/or customer service experience.
• Full training will be given on the products we sell, however an interest in automotive is a plus.
• You must be confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers.

Responsibilities

• Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
• Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers
• Use your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards
• Process stock; receive, dispatch & store
• Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
