Job summary

Daifuku Oceania is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the safe, successful delivery of complex automation installations across Auckland. You will combine electrical, mechanical and controls knowledge with hands-on leadership to manage site activities, contractors and customer engagements.

• Experience leading large-scale automation installation projects.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven track record in health & safety on site.
• Ability to manage risks and ensure quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Health & Safety, promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractor onboarding, supervision, performance and accountability.
• Coordinate site resources, schedules, permits, inspections and activities across multiple trades.
• Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning and handover of complex automation systems.
• Track progress, manage risks and resolve issues to protect project timelines.
