AI4U is seeking a quality engineering lead to drive QA for mobile applications and APIs on a fully remote, 9-month fixed-term contract. The role blends hands-on testing with automation to boost reliability, performance, and user experience.

Responsibilities include defining test strategies, performing functional/integration/performance/security tests, building Appium and PyTest automation, and integrating tests into CI/CD. Mentoring junior engineers is also expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Strong mobile (Android/iOS) and API testing experience across manual and automated workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, Appium, and PyTest; familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile teams, and leading QA initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute test strategies covering functional, integration, performance, and security requirements.
• Run manual and exploratory tests on mobile applications and validate usability across platforms.
• Test APIs, integrations, data integrity, and error handling.
• Build and maintain Appium and PyTest automation, integrating tests into CI/CD.
• Plan load and performance testing, identify bottlenecks, and track defects through resolution.
• Maintain QA documentation, report actionable quality insights, and mentor junior engineers.
