Amplifon in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a technically minded, proactive individual to join our business systems team. You will help optimize front-end and back-end applications, work with data to drive outcomes, and support automation and process improvements across core systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and maintain system documentation while solving complex problems and ensuring smooth operations. A passion for continuous improvement is essential.

Qualificações

• Administer and maintain SQL Server databases, including automation, scripting, performance optimization, and routine maintenance activities.
• Perform system and user acceptance testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes as part of the software development and release lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for system improvements and ongoing development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate documentation for new and existing processes, procedures, and system functionality.
• Support and configure the front-end components of key business applications to ensure optimal user experience and system performance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor system integrations and interfaces, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure reliable data flow across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through technology and process enhancements.
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to support system adoption, continuous improvement, and business transformation initiatives.
