PepsiCo Inc. in New Zealand, located at Wiri, seeks a reliable ProcessOperator to join Bluebird Foods Ltd's team on a permanent full-time basis.

The role operates heavily automated production machinery, with shifts 2:00pm–11:00pm, Monday to Friday, in a safety-focused environment. You will operate industrial cooking equipment and robotic packaging systems, input data into computerised systems, and help achieve food safety targets while supporting a collaborative production team.

Qualifications

• Minimum NCEA Level 1-3 or Equivalent.
• Previous experience with processing machine operation and understanding of HACCP/GMP advantageous.
• A high mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability.
• Work as part of an efficient Food Production Team.
• Actively contribute to Food Safety targets within the team.
• Keen to develop a successful career in Food Manufacturing at Bluebird.

Responsabilités

• Operating industrial cooking equipment and production machinery.
• Operating the heavily robotic machinery that packages our chips into packets, and also into boxes.
• Record, report and input accurate data into computerised systems.
• Ensureflavour testing is completedeffectively, and accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with product runs.
• Complete quality checks as required, with management of materials and waste.
