Job summary

Belron New Zealand in Napier is seeking an Autoglass Technician to repair, replace and recalibrate vehicle glass using cutting‑edge tools and technology. You’ll be the face of our service, delivering expert advice and top‑level customer care.

Training is provided, including a National Certificate in Automotive Reglazing (Level 3), with paid development and potential overseas assignments. Location: Napier; Hours: 30 per week; you’ll join a supportive team with strong focus on growth and quality

Qualifications

• Training provided; no prior Autoglass repair experience required.
• Must have a clean driver’s licence (restricted or full).
• Unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace and recalibrate vehicle glass to high standards.
• Advise customers and upsell value‑added products and services.
• Deliver top-quality workmanship and professional customer service.
